I called first before visiting about the time and cost for processing pictures. I was assured a faster process and low cost. On visiting, he changed the cost charges. Then he said he is going to share the phone call recording where he mentioned high charges ( which he never shared). On leaving, I asked him to share the soft copies of the passport phots that are extremely important for official purposes.
He didn't share that also.
I called him two days later from the office where I was asked to submit the soft copies. He again assured that he is sending now. But he made me wait 3 hours in the office and on calling him, his number came constantly busy. I just can't express my inconvenience and annoyance in words here.
